She later joined EstÃe Lauder, where she led the global marketing for several brands, including Clinique, Origins, and Prescriptives.
After 16 years in the beauty industry, Marisa decided to make a bold move and join Taco Bell as the Chief Brand Engagement Officer. She was attracted by the opportunity to work for a brand that had a strong culture, a loyal fan base, and a willingness to experiment and innovate. She quickly proved her value by launching some of the most memorable and effective marketing campaigns in the fast-food industry.
In 2016, Marisa was promoted to CMO of Taco Bell, becoming the first woman to hold that position in the company's history.
